Elaine was not the greatest to deal with. Overpriced for the area and unwilling to communicate effectively. It seemed like she just picked prices out of the blue and was reluctant to understand my living situation. However, the gentleman who came out to set everything up was great, and I highly recommend him and would work with him again.

When we first moved in we were very impressed with the service we received from Crime Prevention. Now we are finding that the issues we have with our entertainment system are problems that can ONLY be resolved by CPSS; they are minor problems but they can only be repaired with an expensive service visit. This is becoming frustrating.

The guys that set up my system were very nice and answered all my questions! So far I think it is great!

Took the company weeks to schedule an appointment afer my construction was completed. The sales person cam in to sell all the ancillary products and when we told them that we just wanted the system we contracted for, he said he would set the appointment up. They scheduled an installation appointment but the service tech never showed up. When we finally got scheduled for activation, the system was trimmed out using an old battery which immediately began to send failed battery signals to the central station. It took 5 days to finally get the battery properly installed. The system works fine, but the problems in getting the service set up, the appointments met and the system activated were very questionable.

Too expensive for what you're getting. Doesn't have garage/camera monitoring added to applications. Online customer service never responds to their tickets either.
