Excellent company. Will recommend

Worst security company I've ever dealt with. When I bought this house, the security system was already installed, but it never worked properly. Police were called many times due to the security system going off because of problems with the system. My neighbors weren't pleased at all, because they had to handle the situation since I hadn't actually moved in yet, & was 2 hours away from this house. The company was never able to successfully repair the original system, so, because I was under contract, I had to either pay a huge fee to get out of the contract, or have a new system installed. But to receive a decent price on a new system, I had to sign another contract that was much longer. I had no choice but to have a new system installed, or pay the unfair fee to end the original contract, when it was not my fault their system didn't work, or do without any security system. Of course, now I have to pay a much higher monthly service fee than before! I would not recommend this company to anyone!

We signed up with CPSS because we discovered there had been a number of break-ins in the area we live in. Our house had a security system installed when it was built but the previous owner never activated it. A CPSS representative came to the house and explained the system to us and how it worked. A few days later a technician came and set the system up, checked to make sure the system was working correctly, and then taught us how to use it. The system has been trouble-free and gives us peace of mind that we are protected against break-ins.

I think you have the worst customer service. The rudest office staff. And you do not follow through with any Warranty work at all. You are so violated Hippa law of my personal information and my sisters to the public . You are so violated the privacy act as well. You also did not uphold a fiduciary contract as well.

The security system is great. The guys sre very professional, friendly and responsive. Always receive a prompt response to texts and emails. I highly recommend them.
