We started using Crime Prevention Security services 10 years ago when we purchased a home in Florida. The monitoring service has been excellent and they have been very responsive when we needed to have service performed after a lightning strike. Have since upgraded the console to cellular service and appreciate the remote access we now have to the system.

Absolute mess. After the hurricane, I had alarms going off for more than a week. I tried contacting support on the app, it never worked. The web version wasn’t successful either. Over the phone I was told the same thing over and over again and got the same result. On maybe the 8th time on the phone, a rep gave me the correct directions to reset all of the hurricane induced alarms. It shouldn’t have taken that many times for a good result.
