I spoke to Wendy about having a separate code for someone staying in my home and she took time to explain all of the options I could use. She then emailed me the instructions. She was clear, precise and extremely professional. I then tested my alarm and again she gave me advice on how often I could/should test. I rate her a 10.

Bill was awesome! So patient and knowledgeable. He helped me install the motion detector all by myself, and I am not good at things like that. Thank you Bill!

On time and excellent demo

The sales person was knowledgeable and thorough. the installation tech also was knowledgeable and efficient when working to merge a new security system with our old system. He quickly resolved a small problem with programming.

Account manager was so patient. He answered all our questions before making a purchase. We were replacing a 20-year old system and are so happy with the new hardware and software that offers so many more features. We feel good to be in the hands of a professional monitoring company that is based locally so that we can always get in touch if necessary.

I can not say enough good things about the people at CPSS. There was a small programming issue with my alarm system and my contact at CPSS, Joshua Hochberger, would not let it rest until it was corrected. His attitude with a customer who called almost on a weekly basis was nothing but top notch professional. He made me feel like I was an important customer not just an account number. There are many alarm companies out there, and I feel comfortable that I have one that is contactable, understanding and available. I'll keep them.

I’m in Gainesville Florida and my experience was quick and easy. Steve was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Terry was our installer and he made learning simple as can be. I would highly recommend.
