Nilson Hernandez was professional and very efficient in setting up and helping me navigate my security system. He was thorough and explained every step and even helped me set up the app on my phone. He made the process as easy for me as possible. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Ray was our installer and he did an awesome job. Our system is updated and working great. Thanks Ray!!

Nilson arrived a little after 11 AM and went to work replacing old electronics and magnetic contacts till all systems were on go. He encountered a problem with one of the wires leading to one of the control panels and figured out a way to get it working even though all the wiring in the attic was encased in foam. He went through the system and showed me how to work it both with the control pad and the app that I downloaded. He went above and beyond to get this old system working and I’m thrilled to have it up and running! He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole installation

Great company to work with, left ADT, MUCH better service, at a MUCH better price!!! Would definitely recommend.
