worst service ever! i ordered a couple parts...wait a week then they tell me the parts are being drop shipped from manufacturer....still waiting for parts. Ive since ordered and recieved the same parts from another source...ill never buy from these people again. furthermore i doubt if ill ever get my money back from this company.

Great customer service and fast shipping!

They are most of the time, on time with the delivery of their items. But recently was informed of a back order on an object that was shown as in stock on their website. Their communication with the customer is great, and still will continue to shop through them.

Terrible, took more than 30 minutes to get a customer service representative on the phone. They then did not even try to help me with my issue. They don't stock the item I ordered, it was dropped shipped then they refused to return the item. Just another example of how companies feel that the customers are here to serve them. The rep who replied below didn't even research the order, I didn't order a cam sensor I ordered a crank sensor. The rrason i needed to return the crank sensor is because I had to order a cam sensor because turns out my truck is one of the rare 01's that doesn't have a crank sensor. If I had known they were going to give me this much trouble I never would have order the cam senor from them. I can understand inspecting the item, checking to see if it's installed but I have an independent shop that can verify it's never been installed and as far as industry standards go it might be true but I know that local parts companies will return electronics as long as they can prove it's not been installed, that's customer service. CPP doesn't want to stock the item and therefore doesn't want to except the return because cummins policy with them is no returns. Just because cummins doesn't take the product back doesn't mean that good customer service wouldn't be for CPP to inspect the item and return it if exceptable. CPP would just turn around and sell it again anyway. That's terrible customer service in my book. I will never buy from them again, I'm sorry I've already spent nearly $1k with them over the last couple years.

Always have what I need at the lowest price, and quality and customer service is 6 out of 5 stars.
