Wanted to put 0 stars. They lied about my shipment date. I asked to cancel the order and they stopped answering my calls. Now I am disputing through my bank. Do not use them!

Although this product was drop shipped from the manufacturer it came quickly. The starter parts were very high quality, and although the starter rebuild was long and tedious (I clean everything really good), There were no surprises and it went by the numbers. Soldering 2 of the new brushes in place was a task that would be easier if you you had a pair of extra hands and placing the connection on a slight angle insures you can get the brush lined up properly when you insert it. Kit worked great.

Awful customer service and awful business services in general! We had ordered lines from them four months ago, and had to return them so we sent them right back. After about a month of not hearing from them or getting our reimbursement we called day after day and emailed. Everytime we called we had to wait at least 15 min to talk to someone and always go either put back on hold then disconnected or hung up on. And when we did speak to someone they told us our reimbursement was less then what we actually paid!!! Finally four months go by and they say our reimbursement has been processed for $639 (even though we paid 691.53 for the lines and 27.06 for shipping)....NOPE. Still no money from them and now we are back to not not being able to get in touch with them. Sick of getting excuse after excuse and being ignored!
