Order on the 4th of July so I can expected a day or 2 delay, but I got an email a day later saying it's going to have to come from the manufacturer and will be taking 7-10 business days.

Great parts service is sub par they either need more people to answer the phones because there that busy or they don't want to answer the phone had 20-30 minutes hold times the multiple times I've tried to call them but still have great parts not knocking that side of there business

Purchase went off without any issues. Had previously used CPP Diesel and had some issues that were eventually worked out. Decided to try again and this one went without issues.

Awesome company! Great people. Just have to be patient with there phone service... but I promise its worth it!

I have followed your site for years and recently purchased my dream truck... a 99 cummins 5 spd. I have been on everyones site but CCP's flows the best, the prices are the best, I truly appreciate that. I like the ability to drop in a part number and BAM get the price and move on. They informed me after I ordered the part it was a special order item and would take 1-2 weeks before shipping. Not a big deal. At the 3 week mark they could not tell me when they would be able to ship it. Still not a big deal, just cancel the order and issue a refund. That is when things went from not good to down right BAD. They issued some email copy of a receipt showing they issued a refund in April. No confirmation number for it and when it never went to my account, I emailed asking about the refund. Every week about I have left messages, sent emails and rarely get a response. I explained I have my visa account statements to show I never received the refund but they do not seem interested in seeing that proof and continue to tell me they sent the refund instead of having the transaction traced by their bank. So no part, no refund, and really NO customer service!!!!

I just placed my order and so far a very great company to deal with! I will be returning for future purchases.
