Michael, I apologize for the issues you have with your order. Our site is not set up to do a live feed with manufacturers. Although we try to keep up with backorders, we sometimes just don't know until it is too late, as happened in this case. I do apologize for this and hope that we can have a chance to make this up to you on future purchases. Kevin, I apologize for the misunderstanding. Your order was placed after our order cutoff time for shipping and it shipped out direct from Cummins the next business day and you received the following day. This delay was explained in the email that you received within one hour after your order was placed. Unfortunately, there were no faster shipping options to speed up the delivery than the Next day air that your order was shipped. Thanks, Jamie

Donny, When you placed your order for the piston, we emailed you within 1 hour letting you know that the item was out of stock and that we the manufacturer would not ship a single piston, but only a quantity of 6 only. Therefor we had to have them shipped to our facility first, then we sent the single piston to you. This unfortunately was the only way to fill your order at the time of purchase. We did our best to keep you updated and offered upgraded shipping to get it to you sooner which you declined. I am very sorry for this inconvenience and hope that we can earn the chance to help you in the future. Thanks, Jamie

Robert, You placed a order with us on June 1 for the shifter stub. We emailed you June 1st letting you know that the item was on backorder and would refund your money if you couldn't wait. On June 2nd you requested that we refund you and we did so on June 2. I am very sorry that the item was out of stock and I do apologize for the inconvenience, but manufacturer back orders are out of our control. After reading the emails between you and my staff, I feel that we handled this situation very well and you received very good customer service. Thank you, Jamie
