I’ve bought many of things from cpp and this last experience they kind of left me wondering if I was going to have my item by a certain day. Well I made sure to tell them if there was any issue that I would pay extra to have it overnighted and I never got any tracking number and had to call and make sure it was going to be on time. I received a call back a little while later that day and said it would be on time I never got my tracking so it still left me hanging. So it it arrive as she said thank god. I have no issue with Cpp and I’ll keep buying from them. Next time I’ll make sure I make it clear I need the tracking number and hopefully it won’t be such a close deadline. Still thanks Cpp. Chris.

Paid for 2 day shipping took 3 days to get item. Ordered item fits perfect. Tech support was knowledgeable but a bit rude.

Took multiple days to get simple part shiped out. Didn't have tracking on the part till it was half way to house. An having problems with FedEx to get part.

I was not going to take time out of my day but since I keep receiving emails asking to review then I will voice my opinion. My order was not complete when I received it. I did email CPP and I got a response by the end of the same day stating that they had to contact the company that shipped my items and it would be 2-3 business days before I would have any info on the rest of my order. I'm at the end of the 1st business day so I do not know the outcome of this situation just yet. The reason for the 3 stars has nothing to do with customer service. It has to do with pricing of CPP's products. Which I really only give 1 star. I was in search of more parts last night and I decided to check out another company and noticed a HUGE difference in the prices of the exact same products I ordered a few days prior from CPP. The difference was $150 on the 4 items I bought! 3 of the items were Cummins parts. Which CPP marked way up. If I had the time I would be sending my order back and requesting a refund but sometimes it's not worth the extra down time to save some money. I'm not saying I won't order from CPP in the future but I will not order any Cummins parts from them and I'll definitely be shopping around more before I hit the buy button.
