Well i wouldn't know. I still haven't got it.

Very good company. Just need more help answering the phone hold time is really long at times. Found it much easier to email and have them call me when they get a minute because I already have the part number and or info needed to order.

Had what I needed but price was a lil high ity seemed

This is a great site, the best diesel part prices.

I would have preferred using PayPal but it's no biggie

Bought some oem cummins bolts from them and got two day shipping and received them when I was supposed to. The first invoice I got had some incorrect information on it, but they called my cell phone before I even got the email and told me what was going on and that they were sending the right one. Most companies would just send a second one and let you be confused.

I called for tech support before ordering the part. I was put on hold for 40 minutes. This was unacceptable and frustrating. I began to wonder if the hold line was ever going to get answered. The recording indicated that I was call number two, which gave me hope that the call would be answered as received. It was hard to think that another customer had a 40 minute question, or that there was only one person receiving calls. The company could improve the call hold time. Once the call was answered the tech was helpful and answered my questions quickly and politely.

Quality parts at an affordable price.
