Do not order from this company. I was sent a second set of a duvet cover with shams and the size still is not correct. I ordered a queen size and it’s not even close to fitting. Very disappointing.

Do not order from this business, I ordered 2 sets of the same curtains took forever to get the order then when I did one set wasn’t even the match to the 2 sets I ordered, I contacted them sent pictures of them sent pictures of the labels sent pictures of the package tracking labels and their tracking info, problem still not resolved then they wanted me to take the wrong set curtains out of the package and take pictures of it, I said I’m done no more games! They Just kept giving me the run around and playing games, the correct set of curtains were suppose to be black out they were a thin flimsy material with silver plastic ugly grommets and of all things sewn with white thread on black material, sourly disappointed along with the loss of $107.00. I have never written a complaint review before so when I say take heed to the complaints on here over Cozzyhomes.com listen because they are true! Wish I would have looked at the reviews before ordering these cheap thrown together waste of money curtains that I ended up with only one set and another set of ugly mistake curtains and no help from Traci or Richard just run around! This business needs to be black listed from Amazon and any other online shopping server!

This was like a bait and switch sale. The picture shown and the product received were not the same in many ways. They would not let me return the product. I would shop elsewhere or you can kiss your money goodbye if it is not to your liking or as advertised.

Bought two blankets from them and when I received them I couldn't believe how thin they were for how much they cost. I requested to return the items but was offered a 30% discount coupon off my next purchase instead. I asked again to return the items again and they countered with $21.40 refund. I declined that and requested to return the items for a full refund. I was within their 30 day return policy and they denied me returning the items once again. Put a claim in with PayPal and they denied it because the items were not damaged. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!

I put an item in my cart and some of my information (name and email) automatically filled when I clicked in the contact information boxes. However, I did not order the product and closed off the page. I immediately began receiving multiple emails each day from Cozzyhomes about returning to their site and shopping with them. I've never been spammed before from browsing a site. I have "unsubscribed" and still received two emails this afternoon. In this day and age I was concerned that their products do not include any customer reviews (at least the ones I was looking at). This confirms my strange feeling about the company

Buyer beware: I ordered a jungle print full size COMFORTER, paid the same price as a COMFORTER, and got a glorified full size pillow case to go around a comforter. Jungle print was beautiful but I was expecting and paid for a comforter!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. YOU'LL NEVER SEE THE ITEM YOU PURCHASED. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

I had the worst experience here trying to order a simple full size duvet cover for my daughter's room. They clearly made the thing the wrong size, it was not a twin size NOR a full size cover! They didn't believe me and make me send pictures twice of it on a bed, showing the measuring tape of the dimensions, etc. It clearly WAS NOT THE FULL SIZE one! They refused to do anything. Offered a 30% refund for an item they messed up. Claiming it was because they would need the item shipped back to Hong Kong. BUYER BEWARE: Do not order anything from them! They do not stand behind their product and/or their mistakes! I'm still waiting and emailing every single day for a Supervisor's name and number. It's unacceptable, to not refund my full money on an order they screwed up.
