SCAM, BE VERY CAREFUL, DONT BUY. I ordered an item, which in the picture included a comforter, I just got the sheets for more than $60. I waited more than 3 weeks to get it. I kept emailing them like 4 times to return it and get refunded. Finally, they replied said they cant accept returns cuz the number of employees are less due to covid. I said I'll document my experience as a review, they said okay send it back but to HONK KONG, even though the package arrived from California. I asked again, they said it's the warehouse in Cali. To send a package like this to Honk Kong it will cost a lot, which is sneaky way to force me to keep the product. Scammers!!

This company is not legit. Received curtains, described as blackout thermal curtains. By far not blackout or thermal. Tried to return, this is the response I received from customer service. "We're sorry to hear that you didn't like it but at this point, we are forced to leave some of our reception workers off for a period as the recent Corona outbreak has reached a critical level. Regards, so we are sorry that we cannot accept the customer to return the product to avoid losing the goods: (I hope you will understand". This is unacceptable for a legitimate company. Very sketchy business. BEWARE! This was over $350 this company took me for. Sad some companies can not be trusted.

I would like to give them no stars. I purchased a comforter for a queen size bed. I got it and it barely met the edges of my mattress. It was not a comforter but more like a blanket and did not look anything like the picture. Next they asked me to take pictures of the item and the original packaging. I did and emailed them to them. Next they asked me to measure the blanket. I did and emailed those to them. Next they wanted a picture of the tape measure showing in the picture. Enough is enough! It says they take returns. Then I got a an email saying it didn’t qualify for a refund but they would refund me 10% and issue me a 30% off coupon on another item. They can stuff the discounts up their butts. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!! Terrible customer service, poor quality and slow delivery!

Cozzy homes: Sharing my experience with u all cause u know I’m all about word of mouth and reviews and all that. I ordered Ronny a “QUILT” for his birthday.. I kept getting emails saying it’s on its way, it was very late- I received the blanket and realized, it’s a throw fleese.. which I didn’t order… the next day the QUILT shows up… I contact customer service thru email and he tells me I ORDERED IT! Lol 😂 umm… no sir it was a mistake… he says well too bad. Bro both blankets were $70!!!!!! And one is a throw like u buy at Walmart ($9) but with a cool design. Terrible customer service is the worst and the first thing that will make me not buy from ur company AND SPREAD THE NEWS OF MY EXPERIENCE ALSO. 🗣🗣🗣🗣 Side note the quilt is only 2 ply cotton it’s not a real quilt. Not $70 worth - but like I told him I was willing to pay that for the design- but I didn’t buy the other one, they Sent it, charged me and told me to suck it after.

First of all. This isn’t made in the USA. I didn’t know that until I got an international charge on my card. It took forever to receive the product. I’d never used a duvet before, but it’s basically just 2 sheets sewn together, with a zipper. The “shams” are nothing but pillowcases. The product looks nothing like the pic. It’s faded, & looks spray painted. I ordered a queen size, which is the exact size of a queen mattress with no hangover. Only a twin size comforter would fit in it. Wasted money.

DO NOT BUY. They do not send you the correct size. The quality is so bad. The images are blurry. They won't take your returns.

Cozy home is a scam company. Their products are flimsy and non returnable. Do NOT purchase Any! Products from this company!

I'd give Cozzyhomes zero stars if I could. I ordered a full sized duvet cover from them. It came and it was 70x77 inches. A full size should be 82x86. I tried to cancel my order the day after I placed it when I realized it was a China based company. The owner said if I wasn't satisfied, they'd issue a refund. That's a complete lie. The service rep Richard has been a nightmare to work with. He said he'd give me a 15% refund. I told him that's unacceptable and that was the last I heard. You'll see a lot of great reviews on their website-these are fake. It's likely the company fabricating positive experiences that couldn't have possibly ever actually happened. Do not buy from this company!
