Scam. Beware!! Never received my order. This is the response I got after asking them for a tracking number. Doesn’t even make sense. Expensive lesson. Wish I had looked for these reviews first. Now I suspect why PayPal alerted me to someone trying to access my account shortly after I ordered from them. Hi We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused you . The error was caused by delivery due to their system crash. This led to your order being late. We have contacted delivery to press them, we understand thoroughly about your concern about the item . Hopefully you are sympathetic about this delay Thank you

REPORT THIS COMPANY TO THE “Better Business Bureau”! That’s what we have to do, I’ve had a similar experience. The product was not as advertised. They refused to give me a refund even though the website states that you may receive a refund for as long as you have not used the product.

This is a scam company. We are the owners and Designers of FolkNFunky . They have stolen all our bedding images and had the nerve to even watermark them. We are the only ones with the master designs I dont even know how they could possibly sell a quality product without the master files. They have stolen the images from our website, our Wayfair store and Etsy. Because this is a Chinese based company we have no legal recourse. Buyers beware and know if the prices are cheap its not a real FolkNFunky product!

It’s been over 3-4 weeks I still haven’t received my order I’m highly disappointed I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone !!!!!

The only reason I gave 1 star is because you can't give 0. I bought 2 throws. Poorest quality I have ever seen. The picture you see is they are holding up a full size blanket with beautiful colors. When you finally receive it...no batting in between front and back or so little it's not noticeable. Material is super slick like a rain jacket. Horrible! They also don't want you to return, going back and forth through Paypal with them.

Cozzyhome is a scam. I ordered two sets of sheets. I got a message from some guy named R. Patrick that the order came through customs on August 4th. I asked yesterday August 19th about a update and his yes R. Patrick replied that I am not in there system. So it's a total rip off. And no one now is answering me after I gave them my order numbers. Dont buy anything from them. Just another criminal company.

I ordered a duvet and pillow cases with a print for over $60. I received my order 3 weeks after purchasing it when they said I would receive it in 10 business days. When I got it, the duvet was the exact size of my mattress with no hangover and the print looked AWFUL. It looked pixelated and fake. I am now in the process of trying to return it and they are being very difficult. They said since the item wasn’t damaged, they hope I’d keep it. On their website they said I can return within 30 days so I am trying to go through with the return. They sent me their address in HON KONG when I thought it was from CALIFORNIA because that’s where my tracking said it was from. They are not offering me a return label so I am going to have to pay that shipping myself. Very unhappy as a college student, $69 is a lot of money to me and I need that back.

Placed an order 1 month ago....nothing received. Scam company, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!.
