UGLY!! We ordered - Basketball Shape Pattern YW2201582CL Quilt Bed Set. In the picture it looks like a teal blue. When we received the product the chevron pattern has the teal blue we were expecting but the rest of what matches that color in the photo is an emerald or forest green. It does not at all match the blue. Their customer service department was not at all helpful. Do not order from this company.

This is a very misleading company. They advertise pictures of items that are not even close to what the send. They write details in small don't so you will oversea it. They advertise customer satisfaction but refuse to accept a return. The quality of what the do send is complete garbage compared to what they charge you for. Not to mention they did not even send to the correct address and it took almost a month before they even shipped the item. Extremely disappointed. Don't use this company. They should be shut down.

I do not recommend working with this company out of Hong Kong. The picture quality on the duvet was blurry and the king size literally only makes it to the edge of the bed instead of hanging over. They said they would only refund 15% of my money. When I pressed them they said they would give a full refund if I mailed it back to Hong Kong which is cost $100. It took 3 weeks to get the product. I can not afford to spend another $100 to ship back in hopes of maybe someday getting my refund. They said due to critical levels of coronavirus they do not have reps they trust in the u.s. to be sure they get there product back. Yet we are supposed to trust them. Stay far away from this company unless you live in Hong Kong!

Stay far away from this company, I would give zero stars but had to give one to get to a space to write review. They post bogus pics of products made by other companies and then state there is nothing they can do even though they also state 100% customer satisfaction. Delivery took over three weeks. The most horrible shopping experience I have encountered And if you can believe it my response from Richard was exactly the same as what is posted to another customer who was dissatisfied and left a review. Well then again I can believe it. Real customer service right? So apparently it’s what they do. Stay far far away. Misleading pics of merchandise and you have no recourse as they will not refund or exchange. Hand your money out on a street corner to people who need it instead of sending it to cozzyhomes.

Don't buy from Cozzyhomes. It took a month to receive a product that looks nothing like the picture. I ordered a quilt and got 2 bedsheets screen printed and sewn together. Customer service "Richard" refuses to give a full refund. Instead offering 30% refund and a coupon. I am working with Paypal now to try and get my $80 back. Richard, your website also says 100% satisfaction. I am 0% satisfied. Kindly refund my money in full.

I This is the trashiest bedding I have ever seen. They obviously screen printed and it looks very blurry with less detail. My bedding looks NOTHING like the picture. Not to mention they sent the wrong size. DO NOT order from here. You will be sorry. After Richard asked me to measure thee duvet and take a picture of the measuring tape beside it. So the company wants YOu the buyer to jump through hoops even though they know their product is crap!! Richard had not responded after I said I was not doing that. I have NO reason to lie. I am the one who got ripped off!!! If your king size duvet fits in your mailbox with room to spare you got screwed, if your duvet looks little ke Tetris exploded you got screwed, if your king size duvet only fits a full size bed you got screwed. I GOT SCREWED!

Bedding looks nothing like the picture I ordered from. Sizing and quality is poor. Patterns from duvet to shams does not match up. Customer service is a runaround😩

Not happy at all. Took over a month to recieve and I payed for express shipping. Was very unsatisfied with the material. I was expecting to but a comforter and ended up with material sawed together. In all I payed $95. All it included was 2 pillow cases and material sawed together. So not worth the money. I requested my money back the same day I received material not a comforter and they refuse to give me my money back. This company is a scam and I don't advise anyone to purchase from here. Way over priced. They only care about your money not you as a paying customer. Customers are what keep a business in business. Don't have a business if customers ain't happy. Never will buy from this site ever again. Complete waist of money. I could of did what they did for $20 apposed to the $95 I spent.
