I ordered from Cozzyhomes and I was annoyed that they added a second item to the one I wanted, and I was unable to cancel and get a refund, though I tried. Then I read some terrible reviews on Reddit and here. I thought my money was gone and I would never get product. This was reinforced by "delivery problems" reported by the shipper UniUni, who was also unresponsive. However, a few weeks later, to my amazement, a package showed up, with two "quilts" inside. The product is not really a quilt, but it isn't total crap either. It looks like what I expected and is worth using I think. It's not good value but I liked the design so I'm more or less happy. I wanted to send out this not-totally-unsatisfying review to balance some of the very negative ones, which I'm sure were well-earned. Your experience may differ.

I like the quilt however, there are certain things that are not as described or shown on the website. This quilt and I believe others on the website are described as 'patchwork'. They are not patchwork quilts in the traditional sense. A traditional patchwork quilt would have many pieces sewn together to create the picture on the quilt top. This quilt top is one piece of fabric that has the full picture printed on the top. The colors are extraordinary but they are printed, not patchwork. The actual machine stitching on the quilt is just one pattern of quilting. They remind me of jigsaw pieces. The website pictures show different quilting patterns on the quilt top. That adds interest to the quilt. The measurements given for the quilt sizes are accurate.  Unfortunately, I did not double check the measurements that I wanted.  I have a King size mattress and so I automatically chose the 'King Size' .  When I got the quilt, I realized that I should have ordered the 'Super King Size', so that there was some fabric to drape over the sides of the mattress.  My mistake.   The quilt was delivered within one month of me ordering it. That is an acceptable delivery time frame considering the quilts come from China. The items I mentioned above are not show stoppers. Since refunds are permitted only for defective quilts, I am going to have to keep my quilt. I'm not sure if I would order more quilts or not.

Well I ordered a quilt from them I was surprised I did get my quilt it was a little thinner than I expected but it was beautiful my sister loved it thank u

I ordered a "Humming Bird Quilt". It looked very colorful and pretty in the ad. Company communication was pretty good for a China Order. Item was ready for shipping in a very timely manor and the item arrived in just over 2 weeks from the time I ordered. The quilt that arrived is very colorful as advertised and the colors really pop. That's all the good stuff. It can only be called a "Quilt" by minimum standards. It is very thin as others have mentioned. It at best is a colorful decorative piece. I can't imagine it would provide any actual warmth on a cold day. I'd also be afraid to wash it more than a few times... It is two pieces of fabric sewn together with a quilt type pattern. The top fabric is the printed side and the bottom fabric is just black and I cannot feel any padding or liner in between the top and bottom pieces of fabric. As mentioned minimum standards to be called a quilt. The size advertised is pretty accurate. I ordered the Twin and it measures 59"X70" as advertised. The quilt weighs in at 1.3 pounds. Compared to some other (smaller in dimension) fleece throws that we have, weigh in at 2.1 pounds and are much thicker and warmer. If you want it because it's pretty, then go for it. If you really need a quilt to keep warm then I would recommend you keep looking...

I got a duvet cover set. I was very unhappy with the length of time it took to ship the order out and their terribly designed website so I asked for a refund. The service was so bad that they proceeded to ship the item out for delivery the next day, without responding to my request for refund. But when I got the product after waiting a couple of months I was actually happy because its really nice. The print is great, it’s comfortable and the quality seems reasonable. But I did notice a major difference in the actual design and the image on their website. I think cozzyhomes has a lot of improving to do before Id order here again but I still appreciate the product I received.
