I ordered an entire bed set, sheets, comforter, duvet, and 4 pillows. I reported an issue for the duvet as one of the securing straps was sewn into the lining. I was asked to send a picture... which is a white picture of a sheet. Customer service did not respond to this statement over the last few days. As an update the company has responded. They are shipping a new duvet cover at no cost and have offered to allow me to keep the existing. All the products I have been happy with.

Bought the sheet set, comforter and duvet cover and Loved them. The softest sheets ever! Also bought a set for my daughter ! Got them with View Your Deal. Can’t say enough good things about them.

I ordered (1) comforter (2)queen sets-for master and guest bedrooms, set of extra pillowcases and a duvet. I love, love the feel, but OMG the wrinkles are ridiculous. I love my beds to look crisp and pleasing to the eye and for the money I spent for everything, I do not expect to have to iron sheets, pillowcases or the duvet. I am constantly having to wet and re-dry to try and get the wrinkles out (which is not successful). I really wanted to give 5 stars because the feel of the sheets are amazing, but for the wrinkles I debated between a 3&4 and if I could I would rate 3 1/2. I see the pictures and commercial on the website and really expected my sheets to look the same especially paying $1000 on bedding, I really expected more.

I purchased these sheets on GMA’s Deals and Steals. While they are very soft and comfortable, they pill and wrinkle worse than any sheets I’ve ever had. These sheets also stain which is shocking since we both bathe before bedtime. Maybe that is due to the bamboo. For the money I just wish they held up better.

These sheets/ duvet insert are comfortable, but if I’m Being Honest they did not live up to the hype on Instagram by influencers and they didn’t live up to the online reviews (I think the reviews are not accurately show). I have had many amazon sheets for $50 and below that have been so comfortable and lasted years. When I upgraded to a king bed I was so excited to invest in high quality bedding. In the meantime I ordered amazon bedding for my queen guest bed and ended up preferring the quality of the bedding in my guest room. This bedding is SOOOO MUCH more expensive and I’m just not impressed. They wrinkle worse than any sheets I’ve ever owned, and they got the fuzzy looking things (that happen to sweaters over time) all over them and the pillow cases and we haven’t even been sleeping on them long. I actually started seeing this happening to my pillow cases after a week and the sheets on week 2. I would’ve returned them but we moved from the west to east coast and I ordered these and had them shipped to a families address well before the move. So it was quite awhile later when we even unpackaged them. I would highly recommend saving your money, not worth it! I’ve made a a handful of bad purchases but this has by far been my worst money spent.

The sheets are very soft and comfortable, however, after less than a month of having them on our bed, they are pilling. I didn’t think sheets this expensive would have that problem so quick. I would not have spent the money if I knew they had the same problem as cheap sheets.

Bought the sheets and duvet set...(Oprah has someone to iron them)....I wash my bedding 3 times a week and I definitely dont have time to untangle them first of all....and iron. These cannot go unironed, if you like a crisp sheeted bed and pillow cases. To give you an idea of the material, it feels like rayon. I have Boll and Branch and Brooklinen as ell and frankly although maybe not "the" softest, definitely easier to wash and dry and make a prettier bed. Im not intending a bad review just an honest one since I dont think they were any cheaper than the other guys.
