I ordered an XL Bamboo Raglan Pullover Crew. I have gotten this season this same item in black and navy. But, although it was marked inside as XL, it was decidedly smaller in width and length than my others. I will return but don't know whether to try the XL again or get the XXL. Clearly an error on the sizing. And very disappointing.

Fantastic customer service!! Shirts and pajamas fit great and are incredibly soft. Have loved all of their items!

I have been using Cozy Earth joggers and crewneck sweaters the last 2-3 years. This November, I ordered the charcoal set and was disappointed in the change to both the joggers and crew neck sweater. Why? The joggers don’t feel as tapered and the inseam length feels longer (despite them offering a “regular” and “tall” size now). In addition, the crewneck sweater isn’t the same. It used to have n elasticized band at the bottom and now it kinda just falls…so now doesn’t look as versatile. Before I felt I could wear the set out and about or to bed…I miss the old style. 3/5 because customer service did get back to me and confirm the style started changing in October. Also the quality still feels the same it’s just the style doesnt do it for me anymore

I bought the bamboo extra filled comforter and it does Not disappoint! It keeps me warm but not hot like the other ones I’ve purchased. This comforter is absolutely worth the splurge.

Disappointed in quality, and I simply keep coming back for more. Seems hit or miss with Cozy Earth. Had new Duvet and pillowcases tear and shred after first wash. Other items are a dream come true.

Great customer service and they stand by their product! I think I have just about every item :)

Gave these PJ and sheets for Christmas! Everyone loved them!

Representative listened and responded within a reasonable time with a reasonable solution.
