Very mixed feelings here. I just received my set of split king bamboo sheets. I was so excited to take them out of their packaging and put them on my newly delivered mattress. The pillowcases and top sheet were silky smooth even while wrapped around their packaging cardboard, the only wrinkles being on the fold lines. The fitted sheets were each wrapped up around the cardboard like a crinkled, wrinkled mess. Almost like they had already gone through a wash. I guess for the price I paid, I was expecting perfection. I called customer service and she said sometimes this happens with the way they are stored in the warehouse. My splurge on myself just does not feel right anymore since I will always wonder what these sheets went through before they reached me. Not sure if I want to exchange or just return at this point.

Always a great gift idea or personal indulgence. Beautiful, soft quality products.

I really like the sheets they are all you said they would be.my only complaint is the cost. They are on the Pricy side.

We ordered sheets and PJ’s. The sheets are great and very soft & comfortable. The PJ, I ordered the bottoms in a 28 inch inseam, after two weeks and several calls the person told me that they needed to change my order to regular inseam which was the same length inseam, ended up getting bottoms that were too long, 30 inch and returned the PJ. Was not happy that customer service did this to me, it was obvious they were out of stock on the 28 inseam and changed just so they could ship the merchandise

I finally broke down and ordered the Cozy Earth Bamboo sheet set after my cousin bought a set and thought it was the greatest thing. I don't know what happened between her sheet set and mine, but the quality is HORRIBLE! The sheets are so thin, they are not substantial at all. They also wrinkle like crazy too! The sheets do not look luxurious at all - they look like a cheap jersey knit. I am so disappointed! I don't know how these are endorsed by Oprah. I wrote a review of these sheets and, shockingly, it was never posted on the website. Upon further investigation, there are very few reviews on the site that are less than 5 star. I really feel like the reviews are fake and this company is a scam.

I Ordered the wrong thing by mistake and customer service was polite and knowledgeable and automatically corrected my mistake. The sheets were wrinkled coming out of the wash but smoothed out a little and they are incredibly soft and comfortable. Hoping they hold up through multiple washings.
