I asked someone to call me to explain why my order placed for a Birthday gift has not been shipped. I was told they are working on it and was not given a reason or definitive answer.

In the past, I only had 100%cotton sheets, however, I decided to order the Bamboo Sheets and I am so happy I did. They are the most luxurious sheets ever. They are soft and feel like silk. At first when I ordered, I received a standard flat sheet and I had ordered a queen but the customer service department could not have made it any easier for the return and exchange. Also, the shipping was really quick. I now feel like a princess sleeping between these sheets!!!

I ordered the long sleeve and long pant PJ. It shrank after first wash and dry. The instructions tell you to put in th dryer. DO NOT. At first, I thought they were an honorable company and they offered to make a replacement. I asked for the replacement to be in the next size up so I wouldn’t experience this problem again, which I knew there would be they would not replacements must be the exact style and size. I was told once I receive the replacement, I could exchange for some thing else. So, I tried to do this and was shot down. I decided the only way these PJs would work is if I ordered the shorts and short sleeve ones. They said I could not since this. It was now a “replacement” I could only replace them if they were defective for the exact same ones. See where I am going here? Round and round and round. This is called bait and switch people. Defective and too expensive merchandise that you are stuck with. Don’t believe their warranty or they’re supposed good customer policies, they do not exist.

We loved the sheets, duvet cover and duvet. Unfortunately you use Fed Ex and they charge a brokerage fee to ship to Canada. I was billed hundreds of dollars to ship to Canada. I would love to order more products but it is too much to pay to fed ex. I purchase from other US retailers and don’t have this issue.
