I recently purchased a couple of items that didn't quite fit well... (Too long... Arms and pant legs):so I requested a refund in a form of gift card.... Was raken care of effortlessly and effectively! Always a great service!!

I like your sheets and PJ however, I believe they are overpriced . I also was confused by your sale price not affecting all sizes, for the same PJ. I won’t recommend your company based on price. I have purchased bamboo sheets Art two third the cost elsewhere and cannot see a difference!

The products are amazing, and the customer service is as great! I’ve had a few issues with my sheets but the CE team exceeded expectations and replaced the item. Calling them is great, a real person answers and in minutes the issue is resolved. I love Cozy Earth and highly recommend them.
