Over priced, no inventory and still waiting for a refund...
First of all, Cozy Earth pushes new products or sales every other day in texts and emails, but most of the time, they don't have the inventory. I ended up ordering 2 sets of PJs, one NOT in the color that I really wanted - again, no inventory. I then needed to return a set due to sizing, the return process was easy enough. However, 25 days later, I still have NOT received a refund, even though the account said they have received returned items and issued a refund. I am now on chat, waiting for over 15 minutes for an agent.... By the way, yes, the PJs' material is nice...but way over priced. I won't be ordering any products from Cozy Earth ever again.
