Bought a sweatshirt that came stained. I tried to exchange it, but it directed me to file a warranty claim instead. It took weeks for someone to respond, and then I got a condescending email about trying a stain remover and telling me that my claim was denied. Definitely lost me as a customer.

I'm in love with the Ultra-Soft Bamboo Jogger Pants and long sleeve crew. The material is amazingly soft and comfortable. The long sleeve crew is just the right amount of warmth. I get very hot in sweatshirts. The material is lightweight and with great stretch. I highly recommend this

I purchase bamboo sheets and a blanket for my daughters room. To get the additional discount,I also purchased a pj set I have been eyeing for summer. I was super impressed by the reusable bags each item came, which will help with storage of the bedding. Care instruction were clearly marked on tags. Did I mention how awesome the bedding is? The sheets feel like satin and the blanket is amazingly soft. I am now considering replacing all my bedding (from mattress pad to duvet cover) with all items from Cozy Earth.

I think it’s criminal they advertise as luxury sheet brand. Their clothing is soft but their $400 sheets are terrible, pick up oil and stains within one night even with showering, they wrinkle after one night and look terrible, they aren’t really that soft either and the standard size pillow cases are huge with about 5 inches of extra fabric making things look worse. I returned my sheets because I prefer for $35 microfiber sheets from Amazon and they are much softer, so much for splurging. 2 stars because they have 100 night return but the product is not great for price.

Although the sheets are soft, they are too thin and flimsy. I almost didn't mind that until I had to wash and fold the sheets. IMPOSSIBLE to fold. I spent 20 minutes trying to fold and refold the flat sheet and forget the fitted. Now they look like ____ and I could only shove them in a corner of my closet. No thanks!
