My daughter told me I would fall in love with cozy earth bamboo sheets instead of a high end I was using. She was right and now I bought them for my son as well. They are so buttery soft and also the warranty is insane! 10 year warranty. I had a small problem and they immediately send me a new sheet no interrogation. Softest , quality, no sweat sheets.

I ordered a king set of bamboo sheets and paid $307. Washed them one time and the pilling on fitted sheet started. I contacted cozyearth and they immediately sent replacement fitted sheet. Same thing…one washing and the pilling started. I asked for a refund and yesterday received one for $143.20…I’ve emailed asking why only one-half refund and no response. The Sheets were so large it was hard to get them to stay on bed. I would never recommend this company or product. Paying this much money for a set of sheets to sleep on them for one week is a joke. 7/12/23....just spoke with customer service and they said there was a misunderstanding and i just received a full refund.

Cozy Earth Bamboo Mattress Protector: Way too big for king size mattress and material is so flimsy it's impossible to get a good fit which makes the pad and the sheets slide all over the bed. Even tried several different types of sheet hooks on both the sheets and the pad but again, the material is so flimsy on the sides that nothing held. Followed washing instructions to the letter and after only 2 washes the filling balled up and it felt like you were sleeping on marbles. It also weighs a ton when wet and balls up in the dryer taking forever to dry. Good customer service only IF you are persistent. (Think BBB Bluffdale Utah) Replaced it with a Cooling Gel Memory Foam Mattress Pad from the Company Store and OMG, what a difference. Response to Cozy Earth. NO WHERE on the web site or care label on the protector does it say "suggest dry clean". Label clearly states machine wash cold, (photo of label available if requested). I would NEVER purchase a king size product that needs to be dry cleaned and then have to sleep on something that reeks of chemicals.

Ordered three items, they took 10 days just to ship them out and I received them a couple days later. Quality is great but one of my items was wrong. I’ve been emailing back and forth with customer service for a few days now. I sent them photos of everything I received and tags/packing slips because they asked me to. They still haven’t resolved anything. Would like to just have the item that I paid for but customer service isn’t very responsive or helpful. Would give 1 star but I do really like the items that I ordered and actually received. Great quality and the material is so soft. EDIT: updating my review to three stars because customer service did end up resolving my issue and I do love the quality of the items from Cozy Earth

The customer services at this online store is a total shitshow. Good luck getting an answer from them unless you push them and follow up otherwise they never answer! my order encountered an issue where the box arrived damaged & some items were missing. They first never replied, then they refused to help resolve the issue, even though it was their fault. Then finally they agreed to do something after threatening them with filing a claim. Then they ignore me for 2 weeks so that i can get my store credit. this place is terrible and their customer svc is horrific, the wors ive ever seen! good luck having something go wrong with your order! they just want to take your money and help with nothing !

I would not even give them one star if I had the option to do that. In October of 2022 I became aware of these products from niece who told me that they make bamboo sheets. I bought a set because I have like 5 sets of DreamFit sheets, but they are not up to par anymore, so I was looking for new expensive bamboo sheets that were GOOD. $370 later I got the set and w/i one month they began pilling. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me they were having problems lately with who manufactures their sheets and they were on backorder but would get them to me. A couple of months went by, I contacted them after the holidays and then immediately they sent me the sheets. Guess what the same manufacturer, so apparently they did not switch like they told me they were attempting to do. I think I got them sometime in February or so and guess what? Pilling everywhere. I know exactly how to take care of bamboo sheets. You cannot wash them with anything else, with fabric softener and must be on light cycle and light drying. I cannot for the life of me figure out why they are pilling and I am so disappointed. To make a long store short, don't bother wasting your hard-earned money. They clearly feel wonderful, but CANNOT hold up the test of time like DreamFit sheets used to be. They are some garbage material that piles. Also, if you look closely at their manufacturer description, they are not 100% pure bamboo. They are sateen too, so it is a fraudulent sheet you could get from Kohls that would probably do better and you would pay maybe $40 or $50 for. So, so disappointed. I plan on making another warranty claim again. This time just to get my entire money back. Just haven't had the time because you have to take pics, etc., which I completely understand.

Order was shipped to me instead of Bride and Groom AFTER I spoke to someone regarding the correct address it should be shipped to because it was returned. The representative even repeated the address yet it came to me. Called customer service to make them aware and they could have cared less! Didn’t even ask how they could rectify the situation. Guess I will drive the gift the 2 hours and delivery the Wedding Gift For as expensive as their products are, they need to invest in better customer service. I will not recommend this business

I absolutely love all of my Cozy Earth products. I’ve been a customer since August of 2022, and I can’t even begin to express how happy that I am that I found this company! I love my end of day routine so much now.. Changing into my PJ’s and slipping into my sheets, that cover my cozy earth mattress pad, and then covering up with my luxurious cozy earth blanket and earth duvet cover, is simply a dream 💭 🛌😴. I feel spoiled when I wrap up in my bamboo robe after a shower or bath (perfect self care item), I adore all of my lounge wear pieces and assortment of comfy socks, and the list goes on. My family and friends also have enjoyed being on the receiving end, when they have been gifted a cozy earth item from me. To see the look of joy in their eyes when they see that the gift is from cozy earth is really precious.. I know this may seem over the top, but I speak the absolute honest truth 💜 this is how it is. The packaging that most products come in is beyond amazing! In canvas bags?? Really?!?! Not all items come in the fancy packaging, and I am not sure how they determine which products do, so you might ask if you plan on gifting. It’s extra special when they are packaged in this way 😊 I will be a lifelong customer and so will my family. Thank you Cozy Earth 💜 This is a very special company..
