I bought one of my daughter a pair of the Pajamas and the quality, look and fell were all incredible. So incredible in fact that she asked for another pair and her 2 sisters asked for a pair. Now all 3 of my daughters have them and want more. Really fantastic quality and highly recommend.

After being a loyal customer, having purchased a few sheet sets; I was quite disappointed with my last purchase. The order was for the Linen Bamboo sheet set. Unfortunately, it was an oversight on my part, not realizing that they were not the same sheets purchased in the past. They were extremely rough and very uncomfortable to sleep on. I immediately expressed my concerns to no avail. The response was that the sheets were on sale and a compensation of any kind could not be accommodated. I will not be purchasing the expensive sheets from this company again.

Hi Wanda, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We genuinely appreciate your loyalty and are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your recent purchase. We strive to be as clear as possible on our website, and the Linen Bamboo sheet set was marked as a final sale item, which was stated before purchasing. We understand how this may have caused frustration, and we're sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Your feedback is important to us, and we’ll continue to work on improving our product descriptions and customer communication. If you have any further concerns or questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to [email protected]. Stay Cozy, Ashlyn

Purchased Bamboo Sheets in Dec(on sale) for our new home we were building. Actual Move in Date was June 7th, 2024 Within 3 weeks the bottom Sheet was pilling. Very Disappointed! I ended up getting the ones I ordered (Different Co) for my guest room that all my guests were raving about. The biggest disappointment of our many Items we ordered for our new home.
