I have sheets, towels, hand towels, and the pajamas. I am obsessed with the LUXE bath sheets and hand towels! They are sooo soft and don’t shed too much after drying. I just got the jersey bamboo pillowcases and they are so nice - I already have my eye on the jersey bamboo sheets. They have some stretch whereas the other viscose bamboo sheets don’t. They are both nice I just think I like the feel and color of the jersey bamboo ones I got in birch.

Delivery was fairly quick. Living in Hawaii, things always take longer to get here. There was also follow up.

I had always heard about how wonderful Cozy Earth’s sheets are and I decided to treat myself and my husband to a new pair of linen sheets that were delivered in a really lovely canvas bag and they did not disappoint. They have this unique ability to keep you cool and comfortable all through the night no matter what the temperature is outside. They come in a lovely neutral colour that will go with whatever colour your decor is and they will help enhance your sleep. I would definitely recommend them.

Shopping is easy - quality is unmatchable - my husband is very picky with his clothes, when I told him how soft my joggers were he didn't believe me, until I bought him his pj pants - I have since pucrchased towels - love them and joggers and t shirts - And the perks are awesome.

Purchased the waffle towels. Love the weight, waffle weave, and that they're terry weave on the second side! (Which is softer than the waffle, so it's like best of both worlds). Prompt shipping and they've held up well in the wash. Looking to try some of the other varieties they have too!

I purchased a duvet cover that was on sale but was still $215 with shipping. The item said that it had a 10 year warranty when I purchased. It was coming apart in several places within two months of receiving so I filed a warranty claim. The claim was denied because the said that they only warranty their full price item. If you buy it on sale, the warranty is void! Their on sale items are still ridiculously expensive. What horrible customer service!

So far all the products have been of very high quality. I have washed them and all are very nice. Items are very pricey, so, I always wait for a discount. You can find items in stores for the same quality and price, but, I would prefer to buy online as it is easy and I do like the product. There are always discounts and their membership is good if you can figure it all out. Its the website that I would give a one star to. You can use complimentary "monies" on some things but then not on others and discounts on some and not on others. I have almost given up several times and stopped using them but once you get a discount to work, its a good deal. If you call or email them they are very quick to say to call and they can do the invoice for you. I want to order what I want when I want with all transparency. There are always "deals" and sometimes I put an item in the cart, wait a day and the price has changed, or if you have more than one item, some discounts and monies work for it and some don't. Very very frustrating. Don't bother trying to order on Shop. Thats a nightmare. And don't bother trying to become an Ambassador (you get emails after every purchase about that one) its impossible. If they just had one price all the time it would be soooooo much easier. I don't know what kind of marketing techniques they use, but, for a consumer very confusing. I will continue to use my membership for the year, but, after that, I will probably move on. I am hoping to buy most of my Christmas items for people this year through Cozy Earth because they are a luxury item. It will be dicey to see when a sale happens or not and whats final sale and not and what codes will work or not.
