My first order sheet set was stained…
My first order sheet set was stained with the duvet cover. called and had them replaced instead of stating will ship it to you right away, he had the nerve to say will wait for your return and then ship out the new order. Your mistake i am paying for, does not speak much. Anyway received the new order after 5 days. The coupon policy sucks, your earned credit points as they say cannot be used in addition to a coupon, would rather shop at macys or another high end store. Not happy at all with their response but your loss.
