I ordered Cozy Earth Bamboo pajamas for Christmas for my daughter, and she absolutely loves them. They are so pretty and soft. They are so perfect that I will be ordering me a pair!

I joined the annual membership where Cozy Earth states the customers are the top priority. Not me, I guess. I purchased a pair of studio joggers and after two washings, the seam is fraying. Because I purchased this during the “we made too much” sale, they won’t honor their “warranty”. I purchased a lot of items in the past three months. I am disappointed in their customer service. Needless to say, be careful when you purchase something.

I absolutely love getting and giving Cozy Earth bamboo pajamas! I bought the ribbed bamboo lounge pants & top in navy and I wear them ALL the time. I’ve given bamboo pajama sets in both long and short versions and everyone raves about how soft they are!

I am receiving emails asking me to rate my recent purchase on PJ's I purchased for my wife at Christmas. The only present that did not make it under the tree was her new PJ's. And still no idea if and when I will actually give her this present. So, I have to give this purchase a 1 star. I have sent Customer Service an email asking for information on the purchase and have recieved no response. So, no item and no response seems that a 1 star is fitting. I do hope that at some point this will be resolved by either receiving the PJ's or refunding my money. By the way, I ordered these on December 14 and received emails that the package would arrive by December 24. I have received nothing since then and continue to check several times a day on the status of the package. If you want to order your wife a present I suggest giving yourself a 6 month window. It might arrive on time.

Nice product, good quality but the customer service is horrible. When paying a premium you want to shop with a company that will provide a good shopping and customer experience. Cozy Earth falls short and is aware of their poor service. Way to many bad reviews. There are other options for equal or better quality and will not be spending any more Money with cozy earth.

I bought the Bamboo pajamas for Christmas, and my wife absolutely loved 'em ... I think she called them "wonderfully soft"! I'll take that as a win.

Their products are great. Joined the membership as well and have gotten some great deals. The only thing I don't like is sometimes you order something, and then I'm notified my items are out of stock. How can they not accurately track how many items they have in stock?? For example, I got an item as a lightning deal, and was then notified weeks later, the item is out of stock. They give me a refund, but the discount for future item is not the same discount I originally got when I first ordered it.
