I wish I could give Cost Plus Drugs a negative star rating. The order process and shipping were fine (although a little lengthy) but my medications were not shipped according to the temperature controls shown on the back of the package. I live in the desert of Southern California and the ambient temperature was 111° when I picked up my meds from my mailbox. The medication box states that it shouldn’t be stored in excess of 77°, although excursions of 86° are permitted. They were hot to the touch and had been sitting for hours. How difficult is it to add some ice packs and ship this way like almost every other pharmacy I’ve used. I tried reporting this to customer service which is nonexistent, just a bot that constantly asks for the same information over and over again to no avail. There simply isn’t any customer service. Good luck to you if you have an issue. I will never use this company again.

Thank you for letting me have the medicine my dr prescribed !!! I was so frustrated with my insurance they had denied 2 medications my dr prescribed for me. I had remembered hearing Mark Cuban talk about his company and how he wanted to help people save money on prescription drugs. I was skeptical but desperate . I went to the website, saw they had it , asked my dr to send the prescription there, and literally I had my medicine in a week. It was soooo easy and it was $12!!! I was shocked. Out of pocket at my local pharmacy they wanted $500!!!! I am soo happy and thankful for this option. I am going to tell everyone I know and be back again !

Very very disappointing. I would give it -ve stars if I could. It's been more than 3 weeks since my doctor prescribed my medicines, and I cannot even see them. I had several attempts of trying to follow-up on what is happeing - there is only a bot that chats with me - no customer call number, no live agent to chat with. The bot asked to file a ticket, which I did, but absolutely no reply after that. Never found it so difficult to receieve medicines. Please stay away and get your medicines from literally anywhere else. I guarantee you will have a better experience than Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drugs

I just received my first prescription in the mail from Mark Cuban Cost Plus Pharmacy. EasyPeasy, 3 days after it was ordered. Since I bypassed Medicare Part D, I got this drug for $20 (including shipping). That's a savings of over $100 from my last order sent from Canada (who had the lowest price of $138). Kroger had a coupon for $37, but Cost Plus was an enormous savings. I will definitely continue to use them.

Up until now I was very satisfied with my experience with Cost plus, however, recently ordered my seizure medication and was very upset with the result. I live in Arizona where the temperature in the summer reaches well over 100 degrees. What I don’t like about this service is that they don’t notify you when you will be receiving the Medication or when it is delivered. You have to check it on your own. Well I checked my account and saw it had been delivered and sat in my mailbox for 24 hours at a temperature over 109 degrees. In the literature they enclosed it specifically states that this medication cannot be exposed to temperatures that high. On the website it says medication that can’t be exposed to high heat will be shipped according to the required temperature using proper insulated or refrigerated packing. This did not happen. I called the manufacturer and they told me I cannot use the medication. This is very serious because I could have breakthrough seizures if the efficacy of this medication is compromised. It opens them up to liability. I will not be using them anymore. No discount is worth the risk.

Received a generic prescription for vaginal inserts which are meant to be torn at the time of use on a perforated line so the others remain sterile. This packaging was so flimsy it tore 2 at a time. I had received this same product from other pharmacies from different manufacturers. This was substandard and inferior. After being on hold for 30 minutes the pharmacy said Mark Cuban orders from the cheapest he can. I was offered zero assistance as they said it was acceptable. The drug manufacturer is Aurobindo Pharma. With both product and service poor this was my first and last order with Cost Plus.

Very poor customer service. I was attempting to follow up on getting my prescription refilled. My doctor office has sent a renewal in twice now and yet CPD’s site shows I have no refills. I called their contact number and after 30 minutes on hold decided to ask for a call back number. An hour later no call was made by CPD. I won’t be back and will try Trump’s site.

Waste of time. My Dr submitted by prescription for Rivaroxaban (generic of Xarelto), which they show as available on there website, THREE TIMES. And all I ever got was emails with the Dr info, prescription number etc. and the notation Xarelto - not available. I don't want Xarelto I want the generic which is what was prescribed and they calm to have. Emails go unanswered, no phone support. More AI garbage.
