I have had a script in with this company for years, for 90 20mg pills. Now they arbitrarily changed it to 45 pills, and instead of 1 a day, take 1/2 a pill every other day. My doctor called them 3 times, they kept messing it up. Moving back to Costco, even though it's twice as much.

I have sent several communications via their contact us form with no response from them at all. My prescriber has sent in the Rx multiple times with nothing ever showing up.

The frustrating part is that you can't give ZERO stars or negative stars for this pharmacy. The levels of incompetence are really over the top. My doctor sent a prescription on September 24. The cancelled. No notice . Nothing. After losing 4 days I had to find out in the website that they cancelled. My doctor sent the prescription the way they asked. They cancelled the order again, and again. Never sent an email. I had to find out every time in their website after losing 4 to 5 days in the process. Note that some of these medications are life saving and people can't skip them. Today is October 12. 18 days had passed since my first prescription was sent and NEVER received it. I had to go to another pharmacy and pay more, but if you need your medication on time, I URGE you not to use this pharmacy. You will regret it like I did. How sad that such a good idea to help people dies in the arms of inefficiency and incompetence. What's the point of having great prices if you never receive your medication? STAY AWAY

Sure wish I had found these reviews before I ordered. Just know if their website says a medication is available that doesn’t mean that actually have it in stock. But you won’t find out they don’t have it in stock until after you’ve bothered your doctor to send them a prescription. Total waste of everyone’s time.

Can’t get help from this site. It says my prescription is $4094.40 for a script than should be less than $100. It’s $500 from the local pharmacy. It’s clearly an error, but the bots don’t seem to understand. Their customer service link just send me back to the first bot that sent me to customer service. They need HUMANS to handle problems.

Tried to fill a rx for the first time. After spending a week trying to get my doctor's office to send in a rx because they dont take transfers cost plus took my order and payment. Then canceled my order.... stating they needed more information from the presciber. They never called my providers office. Doctors office dont have time to constantly check email so I think cost plus just gave up and canceled the order out of pure LAZINESS. NOW IM OUT OF MEDS FOR MY HEART while waiting on a local pharmacy to negotiate the transfer. If i could rate it a "0" I would but thats not an option. No luck getting a hold of a real person to explain what actually happened.... no customer service on the weekends for the working man who cant call out while at work.

This company needs be thrown in the trash!!!!!! And fire everyone. What a horrible business and ignorant rude staff.

Tried to order a refill since 8/23 but medication has a drug interaction that was never an issue before. No one at Cost Plus seems to know what's going on. I have to wait until tomorrow because I'm west coast and they're in Florida. They also consistently enter their medications incorrectly so they can't be ordered.
