I am so happy I found Marc Cuban DC because I have been searching for a long time for perservative free glaucoma eye drops. The BAK causes stinging dryness and my eyes hurt all night. When I found perservative free it was so expensive I couldn't afford it and my insurance won't cover brand names like Travatan Z. I found pf travoprost and am so grateful to MC DC for charging a reasonable price. I have glaucoma and to get drops that don't damage or cause pain is a blessing. Thanks so much for helping me out. It came to my mailbox I didn't have to wait online at the pharmacy!

Tried to order a refill since 8/23 but medication has a drug interaction that was never an issue before. No one at Cost Plus seems to know what's going on. I have to wait until tomorrow because I'm west coast and they're in Florida. They also consistently enter their medications incorrectly so they can't be ordered.

Really unreliable. Impossible to contact anyone led alone the pharmacist with concerns. Their "contact us" is a total joke. my doctor sent in two prescriptions for an estradiol patch to make up my usual dosage. They messed up my prescription. First they uploaded two different ones to their prescription manager. Then when I couldn't get a person for help, I placed the order. They cancelled one of them. Now Im stuck with partial dose of my treatment and no word from their pharmacist. All attempts on my part to contact them have been impossible. Im stuck with meds I can't use and that I paid for. No word from them. Its been a month.

Dr sent in RX twice. No record on account of RX. I have double checked my account info. Contacted Customer Service twice via chat. No reply. They have no way to speak with a real person. Canceled my account. Expected more from M Cuban.

I'm a physician. I called to change a patient's estradiol patch since they emailed her that the original prescription was unavailable. The rep was completely unprofessional, discourteous, and unhelpful. She could not check the stock of the medication nor get me to someone who could. When I asked for her manager, she acted dismissive. I am filing a more formal complaint. This is not how you support medical professionals and their patients.

The website is so bad I wasn’t able to even register. It forces a middle name initial by autofilling an “M”. I have no middle name so I have no initial. When I told the chatbot my issue it said contact support and added /contact/support to the URL. That link just takes me back to register homepage. If they can’t even make registration possible for those without a middle initial, they’re not that bright. I’ll pay more elsewhere.

I have used them for about a year now and have had nothing but amazing service. The shipping appears to be at cost with no padding. My insurance does not have RX coverage. I was paying over $120 for a 90 day supply of my medications at America's largest retailer. Now I only pay $32. Their overall rating on here is way too low. If you are on a fixed income and trying to make it through? You need to use this pharmacy.

Great plan. We don’t have a prescription drug plan cause I retired. I ordered my husbands high blood pressure meds and blood thinners. Dabigatran losartan and metoprolol all 3 cost 45 with shipping. 90 day supplies. On my plan it was 20. So 25 more. Cheaper than good RX too. Easy to use created his account. Printed form took to doctor. They sent the scripts to cost RX. They emailed it was ready to buy. They did a great job with this plan. Everyone should go there and price their meds.
