Unfortunately, I had to pick 1star for this review, I feel they don't deserve a single star. I bought a pair of their sunglasses for my husband's birthday and supposedly with the 2yr warranty we thought we were covered. They are using cheap materials that can break easily and selling them at an overpriced rate. My husband took good care of them, wore them carefully on certain occasions, and the frame lasted less than the 2yr warranty which they say that the crack on the frame is not covered by the 2yr warranty. I cannot imagine how long would they have lasted if he used them daily, probably a couple of months. I would not spend a penny on these ever again. My husband even said, please don't spend that much money on these worthless, cheap made sunglasses. He bought himself a similar pair at Tractor Supply for less than $15-$20 bucks, lol. Customer service had the tenacity to offer us a coupon of 50% off, I don't even think they are worth half of the price anyway; so I am out and staying away from this Brand forever. Hopefully, you can make better decision before spending your money on this crap. DO NOT BUY THEM, NOT AS ADVERTISED, CHEAP MATERIAL, GREEDY, UNHELPFUL, AND USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Note: I never write reviews, but I feel these sunglasses needed an honest review. If I would've read this type of review, it would definitely made a difference on my decision. I take the time writing a review now for the customers that are wondering if it is a good investment prior to purchasing. At least they will know a bit more information to make an educated decision. WORTHLESS !!!!

Worst customer service, cheap products that break easy that no matter if its a factory defect or not they dont replace your glasses. Will not buy from this company again.

I had a pair of legacy Costa Sunglasses, covered by their lifetime warranty. I had a problem with the frame and sent if for repair. They said that pair was no longer available and sent me a pair of Fisch glasses with rubber nose piece and on the arms. The rubber has since failed, it failed with a few years and now they tell me they won't warranty them. I would never have bought a pair with rubber, I'm a fisherman and know better. I sent a claim twice, they just deny the claim, with no reason.

My wife bought me pair of sunglasses. I had them for a year. I didn't wear them much. I decided to wear them today and they fell off my head and cracked the frame. I'm six foot tall. I wasn't on a ladder or on a roof, they fell 6 feet and cracked the frame. I've heard a lot of good things about them but I don't see it. I wouldn't buy another pair.

My wife got me a pair of rincons for Christmas. Nice glasses. The zipper on the case however broke after one week. I submitted two claims through after service portal… nothing happened. My wife reached out through email and they said they would connect us with customer service… nothing happened. I called customer service and they told me the warranty doesn’t cover cases. They can send me a 20% discount to buy a new case. So now I have $300 sunglasses with no way to protect them. Absolutely awful customer experience. If you’re going to charge this much for sunglasses you need to take care of your customers.

I purchased sunglasses from this company less than a month ago, unfortunately they fell off my head and cracked. I reached out to the company within my warranty period and sent them pictures. They waited 3 days to respond, saying they needed more pictures, which I sent. But then my warranty expired and they told me there was nothing they could do. All this to say, I started this all before my warranty was up. As much as you pay for these glasses you'd think their customer service and policy would be a little better. Highly disappointed in this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

I Have Two Pairs of Costa Reefton Sunglasses with Glass lenses. The Glass is in perfect condition, but all the Rubber is deteriorating on the nose and ear pieces. I contacted customer support tr try and get some replacement pieces, I even stated I would buy the replacement pieces, but they responded that they determined the product as not defective and offered me a small percentage off to buy a new pair. I Have a couple pairs of Oakley Sunglasses that are 10 years old, and the rubber held up much better, and Oakley actually offers replacement parts. I love the Costa Lenses, But I will never buy from them again unless they start offering replacement part, then I still may not. buy from them again.
