Like others here, I placed an order (Latisse) and haven’t received it. The order was placed on September 9, follow up messages were sent in the 12th and 15th. Despite statements that messages are answered within 24 hours, I haven’t had a response. There is no number to call and no way to cancel my account.

I received the product. That’s the ONLY positive thing I can say about this company. The customer service is almost non existent. I was initially instructed to call if I had any questions. I called the number I was given only to get a message machine that was not set up, then, full, then disconnected. One day by chance I got an actual person when I called the general number at cosmetic Rx. They instructed me to email after giving me advice about the product. I asked if they were a medical professional. They were not, they were repeating what they had heard others say. I was having some concerning side effects. I emailed and eventually, after resending my email up to 10 times a day for 2 weeks, received a response. I would be contacted by their physician team. That was over 2 weeks ago. I also sent messages on their site. I was informed that any medical questions needed to be emailed. Now, they’re telling me to contact the physician with side effects through their messaging on the site. I gave 2 stars instead of negative 5 because I have received the product. Terrible, terrible terrible, frustrating customer service and support for medications.

I ordered latisse and did the pictures that was required and received nothing back from them. I called and some woman answered and I was asking if she could check and see if everything went through. She just said I was good to go and hung up. Never asked my name or anything. Waited and went back and did the redemption again. Waited no reply or anything. Emailed customer service was told I would receive info in 24 to 48 hrs. Received nothing. Emailed again and was told the Dr. Was reviewing my case and they would get back to me . I have heard nothing from them. They are a SCAM. BEWARE.

Horrible! Do not sign up. Paid for medication on August 6, still haven't received my medication. Customer service doesn't exist.Avoid this company, pay more somewhere to actually get your product.

Communication was great until i completed the final consultation over the phone. I was told that the medicine would be sent on a Tuesday the day after, and two weeks later I have not received it. On the customer portal, I’m told that the delivery has been completed. I gave them several calls, sent emails, tried the customer portal several times, and received zero response. I hope this isn’t a scam, but it sure looks like one.

This company is a fraud. I did a one time Groupon with no auto renew. They auto renewed my prescription and I emailed 3xs to cancel. When I finally gkt a message from someone on their chat box they conveniently said my shipment had already been sent so they couldn’t refund my card. There is also no way to cancel on their website site. No one replies to emails or phone calls. I will be post complaints on all platforms that this is a scam.
