I have never been more disappointed in a service. I am in healthcare and understand the inner workings and this company has failed repeatedly with zero customer service basically and late shipment… absolutely a disgrace and don’t use them. It’s a mess and don’t waste your money. I actually switched to a more expensive yet incredibly responsive amazing company I’m so happy with due to the lack of any real structure or customer service with cosmetic rx. It’s a total sham. Bottles and supplies not labeled right it’s a disgrace. Do not waste your money. It’s not worth a penny of your hard earned money

They take care of you when you are new so you will give them a positive review and then after that they do not have any customer support and you will wait weeks for your medications. But, they will be sure to get their money immediately. You are basically stuck waiting because you have paid for it and they will not reimburse you, so you are at their mercy, and they know that. I feel like I’ve been robbed of 300.00 because I paid 2 weeks ago and I have no product to show for it.

Terrible customer service- no one to talk to, everything is email. I asked to stop a shipment the day before it shipped and they said it was too late to stop it. It’s total BS - now I’ll get the product and will need to return it. Never again!

From November 2025 thru May 2026 I received very good Tirzepatide, although several vials arrived warm due to poor/undersized packing for 2day shipments. June 3, 2026 without any warning I received a vial from Greenwich Labs with HALF the usual contents. Tom (a FLA phone/text rep) told me it was more powerful so they cut supply in half. The new Tirz was so weak, I complained until Tom promised a free replacement vial from another lab. 3 MONTHS LATER, only thing I received was repeated empty promises. THEN, I found something even worse and which violates federal law. CosmeticRx changed my medical records. They altered ALL my 11/2025 thru 05/2026 orders. They showed 100% wrong/false prescription data. MartianWater.Store now has a review posted to warn consumers with even more details about this fraudulent business and points people to 4 honest providers out of 69 online clinics it has reviewed.

I signed up on 8-5 using a groupon offer. They asked for my card info. which I provided. It indicated everything went thru! Today 8-6 I didn't hear a pep so I logged in on cosmeticez and they were asking me to pay again! Sent them a message at 6pm Mt. asking why I was being asked to pay again? Not off to a good start! Will update after I hear from them Sandy

I wrote a bad review on Groupon and the manager called me and offered me my first vial free if I changed me review, which I did because anyone trying to rectify the situation means a lot to me. My main concern is the fact that, I have taken ozempic and monjauro before. Each time it worked, with this I had no change in appetite. Also, regardless of how you slice it the customer service sucks

I purchased a Groupon back in December. The website was so user-unfriendly and I had so many issues dealing with this company that I canceled the subscription. Told them I don't even want to deal with you all because it just felt slimy. Six months later out of the blue, they send me an offer for a one-time $89 Trizipatide. I went on and ordered it, not knowing that they were going to then start automatically shipping and charging me $149 for the same medication. Nowhere on the one-time offer did it say that if you get this one-time offer you are signing up for a subscription. It was a total scam. They can't produce anywhere where I said I wanted to sign back up with them. The email was perfectly clear: one one-time $89 shipment. Now I am having to dispute this charge through my bank. I've had to write their support line three times. This company, stay away from them. They are shady con artists.

Deceptive business practices. They reach out to offer you a "deal" on medication but do not disclose you are signing up for another subscription and the cost will increase $50 from the initial discount offered. To make matters worse, the product is ineffective.
