DON’T DO IT! I have never received my medication. Customer service is terrible. I have sent 5 messages and have not received a response. I will be reporting them to the BBB. Do not order from this company!

Customer service is non existent last order was late and short a dose and a half was only able to take half a dose this week and have none for this upcoming week reached out via messenger and email every day for the last 5 days and still have not received a response. Just contacted my bank to have my last orders payment reversed and I’m canceling my subscription! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I spoke with somebody a couple of months ago when I purchased this Tirzepatide on Groupon. Amy was friendly, helpful, and prompt and returning calls and emails. Once I purchased, I'm assuming she no longer works there, Because I can't get Patrick who's allegedly the doctor prescribing these medications, to give me a call back and they keep telling you to use a portal that doesn't work. Asking for a tracking number you'll get a message back that says you have no complete orders with them although they keep charging your card over $300 a month. I asked important medical related questions about the dosage and instructions and couldn't even get a call back related to that. So when they're putting people's health at risk by not giving them basic medical assistance as far as the medication, That's a huge problem and potential lawsuit for malpractice and neglect of customers. They don't even read their reviews and respond to people here. Even when you tell them you're going to cancel they don't respond. All I need is a tracking number this time but the website is awful. The portal only tells you about pricing for items It doesn't have any customer information or anywhere where you can update your address for shipping or anything at all It's the worst website and the people working there don't care about you so buy elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Hopefully they hire somebody to run things better or they go out of business soon like most of these quacks selling drugs on the internet.

BUYER BEWARE!! The package came in a shoebox from Madden NYC. It was obviously tampered with or repackaged because it had the address label on a different packaging surface. This is unacceptable, I want my money back. That medication looks like it was switch to something else and someone repacked it. It was also warm because it was stocked in Hialeah for 2 days. I discarded it.

Pricing was good and my meds arrived quickly.

Everything was fine during the ordering and approval process. There were a lot of timely communications between me and customer service on the patient portal. The tirzepatide arrived when it was supposed to but the icepacks were melted and hot (96 degrees)as was the medication. Eli Lilly states that their Zepbound should not be injected if the temperature reaches 86 degrees. I live in the Phoenix, AZ area and retrieved the package immediately after delivery. I sent a patient portal message and an email with a picture of my thermometer right away. I have not received any response from them. I will be contacting my credit card company very soon to dispute the charges.
