Originally using cosmeticrx there were some issues. They rectified it, but I switched to another company for my Tirezpatide due to pricing. They reached out regarding a promo so I switched back to give them another shot. The refill process was relatively easy even if I didn't really get full confirmation my order was revived until I proactively reached out again. My biggest red flag is the shipments and how they're shipped. I provided this feedback to the company, but want to warn others because I noticed how sloppy the packaging has been with my last few shipments, making me concerned for the integrity of the medication. The latest shipment was biggest cause for concern and I have stopped my subscription and am seriously considering throwing this $149 shipment away. "I know that I live in a hot state so I understand melting will happen but the water penetrated all the seals. Including the pill bottle the medication is in, it made me very concerned for the safety of this product. Although I am getting a good deal with Cosmeticrx I will no longer be renewing my prescription due to this safety concerns. I can send pictures for reference if you need them, but the company should seriously reconsider how they seal & ship this product for their consumers protection."

After a positive experience buying Latisse, I decided to take advantage of a "loyalty" offer for Semaglutide. It was supposed to be $49 instead of the normal $179. Using the code given to me for the $49 offer, I proceeded to try to make my purchase. Unfortunately, the code provided to me did not reduce the price. I attempted to contact customer service via chat and was told it would work once I submitted the order. It did not and now I'm stuck paying the $179. Sadly, they had a Groupon running at the same time for $48 which, in hindsight, I should have done instead. Now, I'm being ignored in the customer service chat and they offer no other way to communicate other than email. Not impressed with the lack of customer service and doubt I'll continue purchasing from CosmeticRx.

I enrolled in this company’s weight-loss medication program through Groupon and my first month went smoothly. However, during my second month there have been nothing but significant delays that have interrupted my treatment. My refill was supposed to ship on March 5. I was not billed until March 6, and days later (as of 03/13) I was still being told the order would “ship soon.” My last injection was February 26, and I have now gone over two weeks without receiving my medication or having any available to take. After I initially posted a review about the issue on Groupon, someone from the company contacted me and offered a partial refund and a discount for next month’s service if I went back and posted a positive review about the product itself, promising that the semaglutide that I’d been anxiously awaiting would arrive 03/12. However, despite that call, I still have not received my medication or been given a clear shipping timeline or a tracking number. Because this service involves prescription medication that requires consistent dosing, delays like this are absolutely concerning.

Placed order on 1/13/26. Have not received the order yet. I'm going to cancel the order all together. If you have the time to wait maybe they are okay to deal with. Recommended by a family member that has not had any problems with the company or product.

I've been waiting on my medicine since it was "prescribed" on 11/30. Ive tried multiple times to get the tracking number or some kind of update with little to no luck. I just switched over so I missed this week's dose due to the slow response. I would love for someone to just respond- ive paid and feel like something isn't right.

Sent a coupon code and then didn’t honor it with some flimsy excuse it was for new customers only - when it clearly was sent to returning customers and even had the wording in the email for returning customers Waited almost a week for them just to call and say they can’t honor it

It was really easy to get my order and it is a 2 day delivery!! Loving it so far! Edit: The product arrived with much less liquid than needed for 4 weeks and came with no instructions at all. I emailed them and also sent a message through the website chat, but never received any response. Very disappointing customer service. I do not recommend this company.

I have no complaints as a new consumer with them. Quick response, fast shipping, thorough directions and responsive customer service team with real people. Thanks for a great experience! Update: after receiving their money and request for a trust pilot review they have ghosted me. Which isn’t reliable when seeking GLP1 treatment. Company ghosted me after first shipment of compounded GLP1… Which raises a lot of questions regarding the integrity of the medication.
