For the most part, CosmeticRX has been wonderful. However the last 3 months, I've noticed that the bottle on my Trizepatide is 4 weeks at 83 units. The last 3 months, it has been 3 weeks at 83 units and the 4th week varies from 70 units to 75 units. Customer service has said "The number of units may appear lower, but that’s because the concentration of the product has been increased. This means that even though the unit count is smaller, the total amount in milligrams (mg) is actually higher." Makes absolutely zero sense to me. I am requesting, to receive 4 weeks of 83 units, as that is what I am paying for. I really like working with CosmeticRX and don't want to have to change and go to another company. I wish they would honor what I am purchasing.

Customer service up to this point has been non existent, I'm hoping with the new customer service rep it will be better. I would love to be able to write another review later saying what I great company this is but time will tell.

I like the product..it does take my cravings away for the sweets. And I seem to get full faster. Big plus for me as I am a over eater and think about food all the time. The only problem I had was a o er charge , which they took off as soon as I let them know. All is good and I will continue to use this product!

Very hard to reach them. They do not respond to my emails nor do they respond to my messages in the chat.

Had a shipping mishap which wasn’t necessarily their fault but the lack of response and urgency to attempt to look into it was not great so minus 2 stars.** Original: So far I’ve had a great experience and they’ve really been quick and efficient. I have no complaints! Great customer service.

So this is a very bittersweet company!!! Their prices can not be beat!! But customer service is just awful. No one returns messages. No one communicates with each other and you will find yourself on the phone with customer service at least once a month fighting for a prescription you already paid for. You can never talk to the same person twice and you will never to talk to the doctor. They put down the wrong dose and the wrong date and it’s just a cluster X@&” of a company. I have had to do a lot of work and spend a lot of time on the phone to get the discount price. Soooooooo if your a tight ass and don’t wanna pay full price CosmetixRX is your company.. but it will be unorganized and horrible customer service. You will need to make sure you document everything to get your moneys worth. The meds are real and they do work!

Put in for consult 5/3. Was still in review and a week later I call and they tell me I need labs. Why did they not contact me about this. I had to call them. Got labs drawn and still waiting. I hope they don’t charge me anytime soon cause I haven’t gotten the med or anything yet. The labs were paid for by company but still slow to process.
