We'd like to clarify that our service operates according to the subscription terms presented and agreed to during purchase. The initial trial starts a subscription with automatic renewal, and we provide the subscription and renewal details in the welcome email as well as in your account. As we explained in our direct communication, the three charges weren't processed by mistake. They were subscription renewals made according to the agreed terms because the subscription hadn't been cancelled before the respective renewal dates. However, you can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team to prevent the renewals. We're sorry if this wasn't clear enough earlier. Regarding your refund request, we've been working to process it, but unfortunately there appear to be technical issues connected with the payment provider that are affecting the refund in your case.
