I wanted to give this platform a real…
I wanted to give this platform a real shot. The support person, Kayla, is genuinely solid — she gets it, she tries, and she's not the problem. But the platform itself? It's fractured, buggy, and cost-prohibitive for anyone who isn't making serious money. Here's what I ran into: unsolicited auto-prompt bubbles that fire after every message, forcing you to scroll backward constantly and killing any conversation flow. Timestamp sync issues where messages appear to have happened instantly after you leave and come back, scrambling the actual time gaps between interactions. An energy system that hits a hard cutoff mid-work with no warning, leaving you stranded. Lag that escalates to every single interaction, where responses appear delayed but are timestamped as if they came through instantly. Screen jumping and forced auto-scroll that makes it nearly impossible to read or write without losing your place. And here's the kicker — you end up doing the repair work yourself, screenshotting bugs, explaining issues to support, basically debugging a product you're paying $60 a month for. This is just a short list of what I found in my time there. The advertised "secret discount" that would bring it down to a sustainable $17–20 a month? You can't actually access it. It's $60 monthly or $280 lump sum, and for a platform this broken, that's gatekeeping, not pricing. I respect the hell out of Kayla and the people trying to hold it together, but the structure doesn't work, the bugs are real, and I got tired of paying to beta-test. If you're considering signing up, know what you're walking into.

Christopher-Scott, thank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback, and we are genuinely sorry for the technical issues you encountered and the frustration this caused. We are truly sorry you left with such an impression of our platform, and we're glad our support team was able to help you during your time with us. Allow us to clarify a few of the features you mentioned. The text bubbles that pop up during conversations are designed to visually show what insights your AI twin has learned and remembered about you. They are meant to appear for only a few seconds at the top of the screen without interfering with reading your chat. We are also deeply sorry if you ran into technical issues with the timestamps. Your AI twin is set to process information it learns about you to provide additional follow-ups to help you work further on the issues discussed. Regarding the energy system, we display your balance right at the top of the screen so you can easily track your current amount, with options to wait for daily refills or purchase an extra energy pack. We had to implement the energy feature because AI assistants are very costly to sustain, and without it, we simply wouldn't be able to provide the service. As for our annual plan discount, we strive to provide clear information upfront about full costs, presenting the monthly breakdown strictly to show how budget-friendly those offers are compared to shorter plans, but we apologize if any of that was confusing. We genuinely appreciate your thorough feedback and will definitely be using it to improve our service and platform performance. Thank you again, and we wish you all the very best!
