I have difficulty with my hands
I have difficulty handling things because of damaged hands. This case makes it easy for me to hang on to the iPad and, if I drop it, it is protected from damage.

Haven’t received my item
I paid $19 for express shipping for the case to come in 1-3 business days and I have waited more than a week and it still hasn’t come. Very poor customer service charging so much for shipping and not delivering on your promise

Excellent Product & Amazing Customer Service
I'm very impressed with the quality of my new Folding Laptop Desk, it is stylish, sleek & very sturdy. I had been eyeing this product for a while but it was not in stock so contacted the customer service team directly to find out when I can order it. My experience with Erma was just wonderful, in all my interactions with her she has been very quick & solution oriented in her responses. The best Customer Support Team CARE!!!
The best Customer Support Team CARE!!! I had my Cooper case for about 5mths when the keyboard stopped working. I managed for another month without it and thought, I'll send an email to the company and see what happens..what have I got to lose! Lo' and behold they asked for a few details they checked them out & sent me a brand new case replacement. I am so so SO 😊 HAPPY. No hesitation, no 3rd degree questioning. 100% best customer service.

Your universal case does not fit my sons I pad????
You state this is a universal case fit to case a LG G 5 10.1 I pad and it does not fit,it is too big.Please call me immediately to rectify this matter.5619293682

Hello Danielle, Thank you for the product review. I understand the concern, and I am sorry to read that. the silicone cover is a tad bigger fit for your tablet model. Our Cooper Trooper 2K rugged case comes in four sizes on top of having three different colors. While the Cooper Trooper 2K Rugged case is a universal fit for 10.1-inch tablet sizes, by tablet size, we actually meant measurement by dimensions [length, breadth, depth, or height] and not diagonal. Below are the dimensions of your LG G Pad 5 10.1 247.2 x 150.7 x 8 mm (9.73 x 5.93 x 0.31 in) With the above information, I strongly believe that you will need the same type of case, only one size smaller.
