Hello Chon, Your feedback really means a lot to us. First of all, I thank you for being one of our loyal customers. We could not make this far if not because of you. This saddens me when I know that you are disappointed with your overall experience with the recent order. I have further checked your order, and I can see that you have opted for standard shipping, which will take 7-14 business days. Our shipping partner (USPS) delivered the package 3 days earlier than the expected date of delivery. This was dispatched on March 8, 2021, and is expected to be delivered last March 26, but they made to deliver the package on March 23. Your peace of mind is our top priority. I have sent you an email to assist you further with your concern. Again, we sincerely apologize for this unsatisfaction experience you have had with the case. I will forward to your reply. Best regards, Rafhael Customer Support Specialist CooperCases

Hello Jennifer, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry if you feel that way. I have checked your order and the email conversations. I can see that the item I have offered you is for a Cooper Touchpad Executive Keyboard, which fits your initial inquiry about a keyboard case that has a magnetic side and a touchpad/mousepad. You did not mention in your initial request that you need a keyboard case with a camera hole on it. Although I have offered you the item, it does not mean that you will really need to purchase the said item. The decision is still up to you if you would like to proceed with your purchase. Furthermore, the item I have offered you is for a Cooper touchpad, and you have purchased a Cooper Backlight, which is a different case. The product specification can also be seen on our website, which doesn't have any information that indicates the keyboard case with a camera hole. Your peace of mind is our top priority. I have sent you an email to give you details for returns and a full refund of your order. Best regards, Rafhael Customer Support Specialist Cooper Cases
