Just Purchased my second iPad 7th…
Just Purchased my second iPad 7th generation case Excellent my son had the first one for almost a year and this is the first time that an iPad lasted that long without scratch or crack on the screen My kid has the black one and now he wanted the green because it’s his favourite color but the don’t have it so I got the blue and it’s beautiful

Good products, awesome customer service
I bought a backlit Bluetooth keyboard for my Samsung tablet from Cooper Cases and was satisfied with it. When it started acting up, more than 3 years after purchase, to the point that I wasn't able to use it anymore, I contacted the customer service who was extremely helpful and reactive. Despite the product not being under warranty anymore, Raf, from the customer service staff, initially offered a free replacement. Sadly, this keyboard is not being produced anymore so I didn't get a replacement, but I was offered a discount on a newer keyboard. Marj, from the customer service staff, then advised me on which model would suit my needs best. My emails were answered within a day and interactions were friendly and professional. I definitely recommend Cooper Cases and their great customer service!

Hi - I am in awe of your kind and gracious service to me in replacing case and keyboard when the wrong size for my tablet was ordered in error - FREE OF ANY CHARGE! When I opened the package I was a bit taken aback by how small the keyboard is but here I am typing away and it is FABULOUS - comfortable as the bigger one. Delivery was quick, packaaging more than adequate and I am truly grateful for how I have been treated. You have the very best customer service I have ever experienced. God bless you!

Fantastic Product and Service
I purchased a new Cooper Desk Pro XL from Amazon USA. However Amazon were unable to ship internationally, I had to cover the expensive shipping fee via a shipping company from America to my country which was twice the price of the desk. Amazon assured me that the quality of the desk was new, but just the packaging had been damaged. To my dismay I was sent a desk that was used and damaged. It was an unpleasant experience which I relayed to Amazon who refunded me the cost of the desk. However, since I had covered the shipping fees, I had essentially lost twice the cost of the desk. Only by paying another 4 times the desk price for the return shipping and shipping for a new desk I would only then be able to get a new desk. I was unwilling to do so. I accepted my loss and contacted Cooper Cases to report my experience. After some communication Cooper Cases were upset and quite adamant that they do not want their customers experiencing this kind of quality and service with their products. Hearing my issues, Cooper Cases have since sent me a replacement desk at no cost. I have found Cooper Cases to be a truly exceptional company that is willing to listen to their customers and spend their energy and efforts delivering their best quality.

Problem with pairing but excellent service from company
A few months after my purchase, I could not pair my blue tooth keyboard with my iPad. I tried everything... Recharging the keyboard with two different cords, etc. I could not get the blue tooth keyboard to pair with my iPad. I had registered the keyboard when I bought it and there was a 365 day warranty. When I contacted Cooper Cases, the company was excellent. Technical Support worked with me to try figure out the problem, and when it seemed that it could not be fixed, a new keyboard was sent. The replacement keyboard arrived within two days. This company stands behind their products.

Hello Linda, Thank you for the product review, and I am sorry to hear about the keyboard's situation. Bluetooth keyboard connectivity interruption usually happens when an IOS update takes place. There is an easy fix in situations like this. We will have to ensure the Operating System is updated, forgetting the Bluetooth and simultaneous re-pair attempts as your Bluetooth keyboard is trying to register your iPad's updated system. There is nothing wrong with the keyboard nor the iPad. Sometimes, with the new update, the device's memory gets refreshed, and pairing can be challenging.
