Ordered an andros fishing hoodie which in the pictures showed both face and neck coverage..crucial for myself as my neck was were i had my skin cancer..item that arrived only had a rollneck type coverage ..nothing like in pictures shown depite assurances that complaint would be passed to relevant department nothing happenned after ten days ,extremely poor surely this needs to be better when selling such an important product...cannot recommend Update even though coolibar admitted wrong photographs were used in the description of the item and have since updated their website, refusing to refund or exchange for item in pictures as purchase was a sale item ..false advertising and misrepresentation at the best i think..very very poor wont use again would give zero stars if possible for all the hassle and stress this has caused..avoid avoid avoid.

We've bought several SPF shirts and this one is the most comfortable and breathable. The sleeves also work very nicely in our Arizona weather. Thank you!

I was told that I could change my delivery to a UPS store but I had to wait to get my tracking number. That option did not appear when I received the tracking number. I found “change my delivery but again it did not work. I called my local UPS store and they told me I could not change it after I ordered. I had 2 different customer service agents who each gave me a different answer . I asked to speak to a supervisor but they told me they weren’t available. I will never buy another item from this company ever again. With high end goods they should offer stellar service. I am now worried when or if my order will arrive. Shame on the leaders of Coolibar for their terrible customer service! Are you top dogs reading these reviews? Eventually you will fail for your rotten service, you deserve no place in the retail business.
