My ordering & receiving experience was very good. I had lost my first pair of the fingerless UV sun gloves that I loved. But since then the grippers have been added which to me make the gloves a lot warmer. However, I wear them anyway but I liked the first ones better and wish there was a choice of no grippers. But the company was very easy to deal with!

Your shirts are so soft, comfortable & have 50 spf protection. There are only solids, a few prints would be wonderful

DO NOT ORDER!! First of all, despite being marketed as XXL, this is way too small for my husband's head - both the fit of the hat, and the shade flap which cannot reach to snap closed under his chin. Second, the design for the flap is sloppy in the back. It does not snap as we had assumed, you are supposed to push the bungee cord of the size adjuster through a hole in the shade flap. It does not hold, comes loose and exposes the back of the head to sun. Super disappointed in this hat. It is uncomfortable and not useable. POST SCRIPT: WARNING - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURN POLICY! It turns out, I AM NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO RETURN THIS ITEM! If you want to return something you have to pay $7.95 plus tax for a return label! But, that is only if they deem it "returnable" which this item is not for a non specified reason. So, I just wasted $32.00.

I made an order and then contacted coolibar about delivery time as I am leaving on a trip in a week and a half. When the coolibar agent responded two weeks or more. I said I just made the order and that will not work so cancel the order. He refused to cancel the order. I ordered the exact same item from Amazon an received it the next day. Now I have to return the item that will be mailed late. I will not order from Coolibar again.
