I received a shirt that I ordered and it was way too small. I emailed about an exchange and heard nothing back. I finally called, and the customer service agent said to purchase a medium and he would get back to me about returning the small (apparently there was a problem with the return links last week.) I never heard back from him. I received the medium, but I need a return label to return the small item.

Love your products. Arrived very timely. Fit was true to size.
