CoolibarReviews of coolibar.com

I love the sun protection clothing from Coolibar. The 2 spf dresses I ordered are comfortable, stylish, and they can be worn over a swimsuit or out in public for shopping or anything. Perfect fit!

Shopping is easy since images of items are clear with multiple angles. Delivery was fast and communication clear on timing. It was slightly challenging to find specially what I was looking for when looking between categories. One challenge is guessing size since my experience to date is that items tend to run larger than expected.

Delighted with my shawl and gaitor, excellent quality and lovely style, love the blue colour of my shawl. Excellent UV protection so far

Horrible customer service, no one returns messages and you will not get a credit on damaged items that you have returned. They charge a return fee charge as well! Ridiculous service, don’t order from them they are awful at customer service!

I would give zero rating if I can!! 2 day air delivery fed ex ordered on 5/27/26 and still waiting for it on June 1St. Called customer service and waited 11 minutes before hanging up! Sent two emails and none answered yet!! Will not give my business to this company again. Will ask my credit card company for refund. Wanted merchandise two days prior and paid $15. So sorry I ordered it with this company.

Very high quality clothing and super fast easy delivery to Switzerland. Highly recommend!

Quality of product - material, colours as expected, fit, speed of delivery, accurate fulfilment of order.

You started a new and much steeper sale immediately after one sale and declined to do price adjustments on the order I placed from the first sale. I find this type of marketing strategy to be deceptive. There was another brand Driftwood that did the same thing, I will never shop from them again. I also have no inclination to return to your store.
