Whenever I have an eye exam coming up and I want to change my frames, I go to Cool Frames. For the best fit, I go for frames with specific measurements and shop with Cool Frames. I can find something I like in the size I need or within a few mm.

This is my second review…. Just some updates. After wearing my new glasses for a day I noticed that the hinges are really loose. So loose hinges and a terrible paint finish to my new glasses. I like the style of the Captains but come on….. the quality is the same as a dollar store. Make it better….. do better Cool Frames.

I had some specific requests for my glasses and I reached out before ordering to make sure that they could be met. Customer service was great and passed the information along to the right people. The glasses arrived in a timely manner and were exactly as I requested. I'm very happy with the purchase.

customer service was very helpful and got my question answered right away. first time using my eye insurance to buy my eyeglasses with them. they have always a good selection of rimless glasses for prescription. Highly recommended. I have bought my prescription eyeglasses with them for several years now with no issues.
