I was promised a free lens cleaning kit if I signed up to receive emails from Cool Frames. They did not send it. I also sent two emails requesting a change in the size of the frames. They did not respond to either email even though their web site states that you can change your order.

You were so helpful with supplying a frame that was no longer available in England.....Thank you. It would have been helpful to have been aware of the customs fee in advance. Your frames were meant to be my spares but I like them so much....i use them most of the time.

I bought a pair glasses frame from them and paid $30 shipping for next day delivery. It arrived a week later and I was out of country already. Sent an email to the store, and they ignored the issue completely! Thank goodness I've paid it trough Amazon, otherwise I would have lost $190 because of this store!
