This is the second pair of frames I have bought from Cool Frames, and the service was just as good this time around. Only took about 2 weeks to arrive in Australia (and post free was such a bonus!). This great company has enabled me to purchased frames that are not available here (I had tried them on in another colour, so I knew the shape suited me.) I was satisfied with overall experience. However, the delivery was longer than expected. Also I had to pay handling charges but I wasn't made aware of the amount before hand.

12 working days later and the item still hadn't arrived. I had emailed twice previously as I thought there was an issue as the item hadn't had any movement since leaving London days before but they just told me to wait longer. The item still isn't here and I have asked for a refund but they are yet to respond.
