Excellent!
Not only is it impressive that the item you order online actually gets to you, but the fact that the item is PRESCRIPTION eyeglasses and the prescription is accurate is the biggest and most welcome surprise. I am an older person and am very skeptical about ordering anything online, especially an item as personalized and specific as eyeglasses. CoolFrames will now be the only place I purchase prescription eyeglasses. That is saying a lot. I recommend CoolFrames to anyone, but mostly to older people like myself who are not accustomed to online purchases. They won't wast your time. CoolFrames will provide the item you ordered, accurately and with deliberate speed.

My experience with CoolFrames was good.
Same exact glasses were $40 - $50 more elsewhere. Order process online was simple (I already had the sizing of my frames on hand), order arrived promptly. I would do this again.

Good Glasses and lenses for the money
Got a set of hard to find frames. Web site is a bit confusing and misleading when ordering lens for the frames. Initially selected Gray transition lenses, however that got dropped latter on in the ordering process when upgrading to to a better quality lense. When called about this Coolframes was willing to correct for the added amount but I would have to pay for shipping back. Chose to wait to next year on my next set. Probably best to call and place the order than try to do it all on line!

Love, Love, Love my new glasses!
I am on a tight budget, so I sought out a more affordable option after trying on glasses at my local vision provider. I took down the info on the several pairs I liked and found them easily on CoolFrames.com (not to mention more color options). I was pleasantly surprised to see prices that would get my frames and lenses for much less than I was quoted in town. I saved over $50!! I got my glasses in the mail in only 9 days! The website was easy to use and fool-proof! I WILL do my future glasses purchases with CoolFrames.com from now on!
